Fasting is humbling your self before our loving Lord & decreasing intake of physical bread (food) so that greater measures of spiritual goodness, wisdom & power: Are released by God into your life & the lives of loved ones you pray & fast for.
The following is from Isaiah 58:1-14: The greatest list of promises found in the Bible. Designed for fasting with a humble & contrite spirit, by faith:
…”break bonds of wickedness…heavy burdens…every evil yoke…your light will break forth…healing…spring forth speedily… goodness shall go before you…the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard…you will call…the Lord will answer…You will cry…He’ll say, “Here I am”…your light shall dawn in darkness… your darkness as the noon day…the Lord will guide you continually…satisfy your soul in drought…strengthen your bones…you’ll be like a watered garden…like a spring…whose waters don’t fail…you shall rebuild…waste places…raise up the foundations of many generations…you shall be called…Repairer of the breach…Restorer of streets (Isa 58:1-14).”
“Father, I humble my soul under Your loving & mighty hand. Release all of Your fasting promises through me like rivers of living water to my children, grandchildren, family, loved ones, all authority, Israel, U.S. believers, all I pray for. Amen.”
Partial Fast: March 2-9 or 2-23 (7 or 21 Day) 25 to 50% normal eating 2-9 or 2-23 each month Thru July 2025 (Start of Revival).
