Is there a book of historic facts & miracles on prayer & fasting?

Give 2 historic, factual miracles?

1) In 1953 Evil Ruler, Joseph Stalin was planning a total purge against Russian Jews.

Christians joined in prayer & fasting asking for “A just & God-fearing ruler”or to bring Stalin to repentance. Stalin died before the purge was carried out & Stalin’s successor denounced him as an unjust & cruel leader.

2) In World War 2 Hitler was advancing 700 miles over the weak leadership of British & U.S. forces, preparing to control Egypt & Suez Canal. Jews in Palestine knew what’s coming.

Christians prayed:

“Lord, give us leaders such that it will be for Your glory to give us victory through them.”

Within weeks, Churchill appointed General Montgomery to lead British forces & Eisenhower appointed General Patton to lead U.S. forces.

God answered the prayers with Montgomery & Patton. Suddenly the Battle of Alamein, the turning point of the war, was fought & won. The threat to Egypt, Suez Canal, & to Jews was defeated & the momentum of the war pivoted to the Allies.

Does God point to such facts?

God told Joshua (Chpt 4): Point to the facts of God’s parting of the River Jordan & the Red Sea by placing stones in a special place so people will ask: What’s the meaning of the stones?

That’s why I’m calling your attention to prayer, fasting & revival. This’s what God can do

& what God’s done. Let’s ask Him to do it again. Not to promote emotions or ourselves, but so God’s mighty hand’s known & His great name glorified & magnified above all.

“Father, give us leaders & revival such that it’ll be for Your glory to give us victory & peace & revival thru them. Amen.”
