Did Jesus define how to lead?

He led by serving & served by doing what the Father said & did.

Jesus calls for a leader to serve?

He calls for willingness to: Die for Him. Follow Him. Serve Him

“…unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain. He who loves his life will lose it, & he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; & where I am there my servant will be also (John 12:23-26).”

What’s the essential idea to lead?

First, be a servant-follower, loving & serving the people in front of you until you are also a servant-leader who remains a servant-following the Spirit & personally serving others.

Bible Models- Servant-Followers:

•Moses serves Jethro -Ex 3:1

•Joshua serves Moses -Ex 24:13

•Elisha serves Elijah -2 Kings 3:11

•David serves Saul (1 Sam 16:21)

•King Jesus serves the Father. He made Himself of no reputation instead of wearing a gold crown

(Philippians 2:2-11)

“Lord, help us love You, with all our heart, soul, mind & strength. Holy Spirit, lead us to love, serve & teach others according to the will of God to create a culture of peace, patience, purity, power, obedience & oneness. Amen”

Partial Fast: Sept 2-9 50-80% normal eating: 2-9, each month Thru 2024 U.S. Elections & Feast of Tabernacles & Thru July 2025. If God’s people cry out for mercy & serve God with prayer & fasting through July 2025 then God’s mercy will triumph over judgment & America will stand with Israel.
