Questions, Answers & Prayer:
I have a very long question?
Go for it!
Is it possible to have a good faith relationship with an insincere, dishonest, extremely self-centered person who can accurately be described as manipulative, controlling, taking advantage of others & showing no interest in; mutual submission, a spirit of cooperation or being guided by one another despite having many opportunities to do so?
A good faith relationship is not possible if someone truthfully meets the above description.
This is narcissism, which is extreme self-centeredness.
Narcissism includes what else?
Overblown self-importance, excessive self-admiration & self-entitlement demanding compliance with expectations, lacks empathy, manipulates, controls, & takes advantage of others, arrogance, etc.
Essentially it’s extreme self-centeredness & self-admiration.
“Whatever I do is justified because I’m so special.”
So, how do you respond to the person described above?
You must respond superficially & strategically in order to protect yourself, because evil motives pretend to be in “good faith,” to take advantage of you.
Separate yourself from them. Pray & fast from a distance until they seek & commit to the process for change.
“Holy Spirit, have mercy on the insincere & dishonest. Turn them from fear & unbelief to seek God’s Spirit & truth. Amen”
