Questions, Answers & Prayer:

If I sin, & repent how does God feel about me in that moment?

How that question’s answered determines whether you run away from God or toward God.

Whatever do you mean by that?

Most people think God is mad & sad so they run away from Him.

If people knew He’s mostly glad they’ll gladly run towards Him.

On what basis; “mostly glad?”

Jesus says rejoicing or joy, 9 times, as He tells of recovering the lost in Luke Chapter 15.

The prodigal’s Father was glad?

The day he returned, the Father: saw his son… had compassion… ran… embraced… kissed… & restored his son’s bond fully to the Father (Luke 15:20).”

Knowing this changes what?

Knowing 2 things changes all:

“Jesus commands us: 1) To have bold confidence to run to (His glad face) by the blood of Jesus. 2) Drawing near to God with a sincere heart (Adapted: Hebrew 10:19,22)”

Jesus’s is glad: Sees you clean.

How do I benefit from this truth?

Fear says: “See yourself as dirty in His eyes, you’ll live dirty.”

Faith says: “See yourself as clean, by faith, you’ll live clean.”

“Father, show me Your ways, according to Your Word, by faith, & to see myself & to define myself as You see & define me
