Blessings may come during a fast but the Prophet Joel said the outpouring of the Spirit will come to pass after the fast (Joel 2:28).

What blessings follow fasting?

Break: evil bonds, heavy burdens, yoke of oppression, every evil yoke. Increases: Sharing. Sacrificial giving. Healing. Fruit of the Spirit. God’s protection. Answered prayers. Generosity. Guidance. Needs met. Strength. Fruitfulness. Repentance & Restoration.

Partial Fast: Oct 2-9 (7 Day) or 2-23 (21 Day) 25 to 50% normal eating 2-9 or 2-23 each month Thru 2024 U.S. Elections & Feast of Tabernacles & Thru July 2025. If God’s people cry out for mercy & serve God with prayer & fasting through July 2025 then God’s mercy will triumph over judgment & America will stand with Israel.
