Jesus shows us what the Father is like. The Spirit shows us what Jesus is like. So, interacting with the Spirit is the way to discover both the wonder & the power of the Father & the Son. Name the main things that the Spirit does?

He honors the Father & the Son.

He leads worship. He lives in us & leads us to trust & obey. He represents & reveals Jesus.

The key to be led by the Spirit?

A willing heart set to trust, love, obey & pray as the Spirit leads.

Explain the improper role of desires & the proper role?

If you try to fulfill your desires apart from the Spirit you will live in frustration & be unsatisfied.

When your heart surrenders to fulfill the Spirit’s dreams you’ll find your purpose & identity.

Seek first God’s plan & purpose & you will find God shaping your desires & fulfilling your plans beyond your hopes & dreams.

“Delight yourself in the Lord & He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to (God), Trust in Him, & He shall bring it to pass…(Ps 37:4-5)…Seek first (God’s Kingdom)…& these things …added unto you (Mt 6:33).”

“Spirit, help me to be sincere & honest so I can get to know who You are & what You are like better & so I can love You more. Teach me to follow You & enable me to completely depend on You & sacrificially obey You so I can love You with all my heart, love my neighbor as myself & pray according to Your word. I delight in You. Shape my desires, to be led by You & please You. Amen”

Partial Fast: Nov 2-9 (7 Day) or 2-23 (21 Day) 25 to 50% normal eating 2-9 or 2-23 each month Thru July 2025. If God’s people cry out for mercy & serve God with prayer & fasting through July 2025 then God’s mercy will triumph over judgment & a remnant will stand with Israel.
