Give a verse & prayer for governing leaders that’s effective both now & when Jesus returns?

“You kings, be wise; be warned, you rulers of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear & celebrate His rule with trembling. Kiss His Son, or He will be angry & your way will lead to your destruction…His wrath can flare up in a moment. Blessed are all who take refuge in Him (Psalm 2:10-12).”

“Father, may the fear of the Lord rest upon all our governing leaders. Open their eyes to see the supremacy of Your authority & the power of Your rule. Prepare their hearts to be receptive & submit to Your truth & wisdom so the people will be blessed. Release the spirit of the fear of God & conviction of sin into their hearts to avoid lawless decisions & so they will embrace righteous laws within the boundaries of Biblical values. Amen.”

Partial Fast: Dec 2-9 or 2-23 (7 or 21 Day) 25 to 50% normal eating 2-9 or 2-23 each month Thru 2024 U.S. Elections & Feast of Tabernacles & Thru July 2025. If God’s people cry out for mercy & serve God with prayer & fasting through July 2025 then God’s mercy will triumph over judgment & remnant will stand with Israel.
